b. a full refund to your original payment mode.

Merchandise must be returned within the stated period of time from the date the item is received, within 30 days of you receiving your item. Free gifts or any complimentary item cannot be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to not return any items that show signs of wear or have been washed, products that are soiled or contaminated, products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents other than manufacturing defects, missing labels or labels that have been defaced/removed,

b. must be in the original packaging; and
c. with tags/labels attached to the product (Please be sure to not discard any packaging materials)
Returns/exchanges may take up to 10 - 15 business days, excluding shipping times. If we are out of stock of your particular item, we reserve the absolute discretion to issue you a full refund instead. *Exchange or item that is equivalent or lower in value only.
